Prenatal Yoga – Course Content

With our variety of yoga classes, we support you during and after pregnancy by helping you stay active in a gentle way, develop body awareness, practice relaxation and breathing techniques, and connect more deeply with yourself and your baby. No prior yoga experience is required for our classes, and the prenatal classes can be taken at any stage of pregnancy.

Yoga During Pregnancy

Take the time to enjoy your pregnancy and consciously notice the physical and mental changes you’re experiencing: gentle exercises focused on specific themes, breathing exercises, relaxation, and inspiring meditations. These exercises will help you become more attuned to your body, prevent discomfort, and connect more deeply with yourself and your baby.

The class meets once a week.

Yoga Workshop

In this workshop, treat yourself to a relaxing yoga practice tailored to you and your baby during pregnancy. Take the time to build your confidence in yourself, your baby, and the birthing process.
